About Eastman

Began in 1992 (incorporated in 1996), Eastman Systems Consulting, Inc., ("Eastman") is one of the first IT management service firms to utilize live, real-time, remote access management and support services over private or public data access connections. By utilizing a private, leased data line that is installed between the client and the Eastman location or by utilizing a  high-speed, dedicated Internet access service, Eastman provides top-notch, remote IT management and support service for its clients.

Having a real-time, high-speed, remote access means Eastman can manage the client's entire IT infrastructure and provide top-notch IT support services right from its location. Eastman monitors the client's WAN (Wide Area Network), LAN (Local Area Network), VPN (Virtual Private Network), RAN (Remote Access Network), most IT equipment and devices, servers, printers, and end-user PCs right from its location. When an IT-related issue or problem arises or if an end-user is in need of IT-related help, Eastman is simply a mouse click away. Eastman is there with the client and already working on the problem and solving the problem, faster than any in-house IT support staff dispatched and working on foot. 

Eastman provides IT management and support services on a fixed-term, contract basis only, which allows Eastman to  completely devote itself to its clients. Eastman does not engage in or sell IT service on "one-time" or "as needed" basis to any non-contract clients. 

Eastman utilizes best of its expertise and resources to maintain a "worry-free" IT environment at the client location. Eastman works as the client's IT manager. Eastman takes charge and runs the client's IT infrastructure. Eastman represents the client and deals with the third-party IT service providers and vendors for the best interest of the client so that client can focus on running and further expanding the business.
